Not far from the farm there are a variety of winter sports: The charming family ski area on the neighboring Feuerkogel offers both beginners and experts unlimited snow fun.


For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, they can get to know the idyllic winter landscape, for example, on a snowshoe or winter hike.
Family ski area and winter experience Berg Feuerkogel

After only a few minutes by car you reach the mountain station Feuerkogel in Ebensee. A gondola leads to the hiking and skiing area Feuerkogel, which is 1592 m above sea level.


In addition to a variety of slopes and cabins, you will encounter an impressive 360 degree panoramic view of the Dachstein and the surrounding mountains.


A total of 16 km of top slopes for every level of difficulty with 9 lifts provide a change for all family members. Thanks to a modern snowmaking system, there is extensive snow security on the Feuerkogel.


In Franzis Drachenpark, fun slopes, an adventure forest railway and exciting games are waiting for the smallest skiers.

The Feuerkogel is valued by touring hikers and winter hikers as a high plateau with a multitude of varied possibilities.

Sledding in the Salzkammergut

 

Movement, variety and, above all, a lot of fun are guaranteed with a toboggan ride. In the Salzkammergut there are a variety of sledding opportunities. From us, the natural toboggan Hochsteinalm is reached in 10 minutes. After a walking time of approx. 45 minutes you reach the cultivated Hochsteinalm. After a culinary break, the toboggan returns to the valley. Tobogganing can be rented at the Alm. Only possible in good snow conditions!
